All prices on this website are in Euro. Orders via this website are delivered within Europe.
ORDERS IN THE NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM OR LUXEMBOURG
Orders in the Netherlands with a total value of up to EUR 150,- (incl. VAT) are delivered for EUR 7.50 (incl. VAT) and orders with a total value higher than EUR 150,- (incl. VAT) are delivered free of charge. We deliver offers in Belgium and Luxembourg with a total value of up to EUR 200,- (incl. VAT) for EUR 15,- (incl. VAT) and orders with a total value higher than EUR 200 (incl. VAT) are delivered free of charge by means of dpd's parcel service. Depending on your location, the delivery time is estimated at 1 to 3 working days. Upon receipt of your order, we need your signature. For this reason, we recommend that you provide a work address before delivery, if you are not at home during working days.
ORDERS IN THE REST OF EUROPE
In the rest of Europe (except the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg) orders are delivered for EUR 25,- (incl. VAT) and deliveries are made by post and/or courier. Depending on your location, the delivery time is estimated at 3 to 5 working days. Upon receipt of your order, we need your signature. For this reason, we recommend that you provide a work address before delivery, if you are not at home during working days.
TAXES & LEVIES
Any customs costs are at your expense. sQinno has no influence on these costs. Customs policies vary from country to country, for additional information we recommend contacting your local customs office and/or the relevant authorities. If you order products outside the European Union, you are deemed to be the importer of the products. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country where you have the products delivered. Your privacy is important to us and we would like to point out to our international customers that international orders can be opened and inspected by customs officers.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
It is possible to track your order via the track & trace option of DPD.
It is important that the products are used as indicated on the label of the product. In the unlikely event that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, you should immediately stop using the product and contact one of our skin therapists. If the skin therapist believes that the skin reaction is caused by the product, we will exchange the product for another product. Returns based on allergic reactions are permitted up to a maximum of 20% of the products ordered by you. Returns due to allergic reactions must be made within 14 days of placing the order.
RETURN & CANCELLATION
Ifyou want to cancel the order before shipment, you must contact sQinno Cosmetics as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that you receive a defective product, you can contact Customer Service to receive a replacement product or refund.
Changed your mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of purchase, with a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot take back opened products. If you wish to make use of returns, you must pay the costs of shipping yourself, unless the product is returned as a result of an error by sQinno.
How can you return products?
You can return your products according to the information on the Return page. Products must be returned well packaged with a parcel service that makes a track & trace option available.
