Defective product

In case you receive a defective product, you can contact our Customer Service to receive a replacement product or refund.

Changed your mind?

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of purchase, with a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot take back opened products.

If you wish to make use of returns, the costs of shipping are for your own account, unless the product is returned as a result of an error by sQinno.

Step-by-step plan for returning products

  1. Please send an email regarding your return request to cosmetics@sqinno.com.
  2. All returned products must be received by us in the same condition as you received the products. Pack products that you return carefully, so that the returned products arrive safely with us.
  3. Print out the return form and fill it in and send this return form with the products you returned.
  4. Send your package to the following address:

Always ask the post office (or other postal point) for a track & trace code and keep it well.

Once we have received your returned product(s), we will provide a replacement product or refund.
